Simon has had over 20 years of experience as the head of major film schools in three countries as Director, President, and Executive Chairman in the USA, France, Abu Dhabi, and Australia. Simon currently serve as Executive Chairman of Waterloo Studios in Sydney Australia overseeing production and our training institutions; Sydney Film School, Sydney Actors School, and Sydney Advertising School, and is a founding board member of Excelsia Film. Dr. Beng Yeoh, Ph.D. (engineering) will act as the Chair for the advisory board. Sasha Zastavniković is an award-winning freelance Sound Designer with over twenty years of experience
in film, television, media and entertainment industry. In 2005, Sasha completed his master’s degree in
Sound Design at the Australian Film, Television, Radio School (AFTRS). For his study, Sasha received
the Digidesign Award for Sound design Creativity. Since graduating from AFTRS, Sasha has worked as a

and understand the world around me and an outlet for the sounds conceived by his imagination.

Anthony MacDermott is a classically trained jazz pianist and plays piano in a number of jazz bands. Ultimately, his passion is composing and recording music of all styles and genres. Anthony has a special affinity with endeavouring toward the “crossroads” where the music takes over and leads both the player and the listener in new and unexpected directions. Anthony teaches jazz at his local primary school on Sydney’s Northern Beaches and he believes strongly in the importance of the learning and appreciation of music in the growth and development of children. Anthony also recognises the role music plays and has played across and between modern and historical cultures. He especially loves musically exploring, connecting and juxtaposing those cultures. By day Anthony is the principal of his own law firm also based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
Josh Adamson was born in Cairns, Australia and started performing at the age of 13 in the starring role in Tom Sawyer. Josh moved to New York City to further his stage career and appeared in such shows as Hair, Blood and Fire, as well as the Broadway workshop of Taboo working with Rosie O'Donnell and Boy George. He then moved to Los Angeles where he has had leading and supporting roles in the feature films "The Wedding Video," "Unidentified," "Look @ Me," "Desert of Blood," "Portal" and "Painting in the Rain." He also starred in the TV movie "First Landing" where he portrayed the historic role of Captain John Smith. While at Excelsia Tim played the role of John Zhang (Rapture 2021), a pastor with a script that was loosely based on the story of Job. For Slanted Theatre (Lady Precious Stream2022) he played the Prime Minister Wang Yun. In the role of Elihu Tim has memorised 6 chapters of text. The director Dan Widdowson commented of Tim: “Some actors are naturally talented and some work really hard to perform well, it is rare to get a combination of both…Tim is both”
Born and raised in Bergamo, Italy, Jessica is an Italian-Australian actor and singer, also known for her comedic Italian videos and her Miss Earth Air Australia title. She has worked on a number of projects both in theatre and film, she is an advocate for the LGBTGIA+ community, diversity, and multiculturalism. In her short role as Job’s wife Jessica has had a noticeable impact in her role with her reaction to the news of the loss of her family bringing numerous crew members to tears as they watched the footage.
Lorraine started her film career as a humble production assistant, learning on set from fellow peers. Fascinated by all areas of film making, Lorraine began mentoring with Janet Urban’s ‘Friends in film’ program and developed a niche and interest in continuity and script supervising, working on short films, commercials, television series and feature films. Having an eye for detail and being an excellent communicator from her years in the beauty industry including experience as an actor, Lorraine is able to bring an array of skills to the table with with her personable approach, integrity and professionalism as a sought after crew member. John Alan Sullivan is a Mudgee based Designer with a passion for the unusual (although he has done his fair share of realism). John’s wide range of artistic experience spans at least three areas of design and began in the fashion industry. At eighteen, John started studying at The Whitehouse Institute of Design. He quickly found himself designing for the stage via runway shows, and a fascination for theatrical expression was born. After ‘serving’ two years at the sewing machine, he shifted his focus onto set and props and took a design assistant job with Channel 7. He then studied at Excelsia College where he graduated with a Bachelor of Dramatic Art in 2015. In his final year and after graduating from Excelsia College he was employed by the ABC for the design and construction of set pieces and props for Giggle and Hoot.
John has worked as set, costumes and props designer for many different theatres and television companies. He has worked as Head of Art on the short films Yolo (2013), SRC (2014), Enough Rope (2014), Soul Date (2014), Cross My Heart (2015), Hope to Die (2015) and The Outsider (2016).

Jacob Parr is a Bachelor of Dramatic Arts graduate of Excelsia college working in Sydney as an actor, production designer, and producer. He was the production designer for such plays as Periergeia (2021) and James and the Giant Peach (2021), and worked as an actor in several productions, some of which include The Classroom (2019), Dramatically Short (2020), MENSCH (2020), and Twelfth Night (2020). As for producing, Jacob was the co-producer, co-artistic director, and graphic designer of CAPA x Fest (2021), and producer of 3:33am (2022) at KXT.
I am an actor, and will be studying a bachelor of dramatic art in 2022! I have completed many workshops and short courses at AFFP, ATYP and NIDA and have been the lead in a school production of a musical. I have also taken many acting classes. She has toured theatre across Australia & played in iconic places such as the Sydney Opera House. Currently in the Come You Spirits 4-person theatre troupe, Sontaan brings to life Shakespeare's Juliet, in Romeo & Juliet & The Witch in Macbeth. Sontaan is grateful to have played Vision In The Night in Book of Job and brings a rich layer of complexity to this character.

Claudia has been acting since the age of 6. She has been awarded numerous eisteddfod prizes from the McDonald and St George competitions and has received the Drama prize from her school productions in years 11 and 12. as well as the 'Best Individual Performance' for a monologue piece.Claudia is ranked 3rd in Drama in NSW (HSC score of 99/100).
Paris Naumovski has accumulated some notable credits as an actor. She has played lead roles in the following short films 'The Tender Dark', ‘The Forgotten Tree' and ‘The Flying Adventures of Amelia’. Paris also dances and sings and she was the original Amanda for the Sydney season of 'Matilda the Musical' and consequently joined the Australian tour for Perth, Adelaide and Auckland. Paris also appeared as a dancer in the Peter Allen 'Not The Boy Next Door’ mini-series and has been a regular performer and presenter for Nickelodeon and Disney as well as appearing in film clips and television commercials. She was in the children's chorus for The Robbie Williams Live concert in 2014 and also performed as an actor in Opera Australia's production of 'Simon Boccanegra’. Additionally she took part in Sydney Kidz Fashion Week 2022.
Caitlin Lopez is an accomplished Australian Actress, born of Portuguese, Indian and Irish blood. Jade excelled in a NSW tour of a professional children's theatre production, "Wombats Wild Weekend’, incorporating her love of singing and acting into a popular performance. The film is set in 1920 Australia after the Great War and the start of the global pandemic the Spanish influenza. A dramatic film where a veteran has to set out for answers as his heavily pregnant wife catches the influenza and struggles to stay alive.

Josiah has been acting and singing from a young age, following in the footsteps of his siblings and parents. He has previously had the pleasure of playing ‘Malcolm’ in Macbeth and ‘Jim Hawkins’ in Treasure Island, as well as other miscellaneous roles. He is also training in musical theatre and aims for the stage, but thoroughly enjoys screenwork too and continues to expand his horizons within the industry.

Natalie is experienced in acting, stage management, scriptwriting, directing and producing, and applies these practical skills in the workplace, and understands how to work well with others. Natalie uses the performing arts to both understand, and shape people’s perception and attitudes towards world issues. Natalie has a background in Communications and Marketing, having worked as a Communications and Marketing Executive at television broadcasting company, Fox Networks Group (FNG), and also as a Digital Marketing Executive at Pangdemonium theatre Company.
Philip Calodoukas (a.k.a. the Duke) is a Sydney based photographer dedicated to sharing his unique perspective of seascapes and landscapes. Philip has been a beach and water sports enthusiast since early childhood in the late 1970’s, growing up at Sydney’s Bondi beach. His strong relationship and understanding of the surf is what inspires his ocean photography. Philip has also travelled extensively for more than two decades to some of Australia’s most remote outback locations, and also to Africa on safari, always with a video or still camera in hand. The portfolio showcased in this website is the culmination of more than three years work, beginning in 2010 and launched in 2014. Philip and his family live on the northern beaches of Sydney. He regularly travels throughout Australia and its coastline on photographic adventures.
